When you have all your products in your shopping cart, and are ready to Checkout, click on the shopping cart icon (top-right of your screen) and you will be redirected to the View Cart page. Here you can review your order total. Remember all orders over $200 are eligible for Free Shipping. Be sure to fill out your information carefully.

Accept Terms & Conditions

Once you’ve filled in all the required fields, you’ll need to accept the Terms and Conditions (located on the bottom of the page) then click “Place Order” You will see a symbol for Interact E-Transfer and the next screen will provide you with detailed instructions on how to send your Interac E-Transfer.

Shipping

We only ship through Canada Post with Xpresspost.

We only ship within Canada.

All orders are packaged with double vacuum sealed bags and inside a box for further protection. There is no indication from the exterior of the package to indicate the contents of the order. The package is finished with a poly tear proof mailer bag to prevent tampering or damage during shipment.

Unfortunately, due to the summer heat it’s possible that your edibles will melt so please order at your own risk.

Orders along with payment received by 2PM PST will ship the SAME business day. If your order is received after 12PM PST, your order will ship the following business day.

Orders received on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will ship on Monday.

Typically 1-2 business days. If you live in a remote area, your order may take an extra few days. Canada Post manages the shipping of your package, we will not refund your shipping amount if Canada Post is late on delivery.

You will receive a tracking number in your order confirmation email. Please use the link within the email to track your order.

Yes this is possible! You’ll have to sign up for Canada Post’s Flex Delivery service and use the address they provide.

If you do not get your package two days after the expected arrival date, contact us and we will file a trace with Canada Post. If a trace is filed, Canada Post will conduct an investigation which can take up to two weeks to complete. Once the package is located, you will receive it a few days later, if Canada Post is unable to locate your package we will send you a one-time replacement free of charge, or offer you Points equal to the dollar value of your missing package.
